Not long ago, SmallHD announced an 18” suitcase-style ultra bright field monitor for use while on location. With a screen brightness of 1100 nits, the mid-sized Cine18 4K monitor was the answer to feedback from on-set professionals and was designed to meet their specific needs. Now, SmallHD is taking things a step further with a larger, 27” OLED 4K Preview monitor that, while not as bright as the Cine 18, at only 550 nits, SmallHD does say it is one of the brightest monitors have ever released. The 4K 27″ OLED is definitely the largest monitor they’ve made so far
