Vazen has rounded out its full frame anamorphic lens set with a new 135mm T2.8 1.8x cinema prime lens. The lens completes a family of three that also includes a 50mm T2.8 and 85mm T2.8, as well. All three lenses are designed specifically to take advantage of the anamorphic 1.8x “squeeze” and when paired with a 4:3 image sensor, produce a 2.39 to 1 aspect ratio. When paired up with 16:9 sensors, the lenses prevent much less data from being cropped away and still maintain that 2.39:1 ratio. The lens has has a compact anamorphic lens design that Vazen claims
